Acquisitions and Sales: Representation of both buyers and sellers of commercial real estate, including shopping centers, malls, office buildings, apartment buildings, hotels and motels, warehouses, manufactured and mobile home parks and other commercial properties, as well as undeveloped land.

Commercial Development and Leasing: Acquisition, development, financing and leasing of commercial projects, including regional, power and strip shopping centers and malls, and negotiation of commercial and retail leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants.

Loans Secured by Real Estate: Representation of both borrowers and lenders in connection with commercial real estate loans, including construction, permanent and participating financings, conduit loans and other commercial real estate loans. The firm is located in the state's capital, making it convenient to serve as local counsel for out-of-state borrowers and lenders in connection with multi-state transactions.

Joint Ventures and Other Entities: Formation of limited liability companies, limited and general partnerships and other joint ventures for the acquisition and development of commercial projects.
