Mr. Seale has thirty-seven years experience and represents boards of education, construction companies, contractors and architects, corporations, insurance companies and insureds in a variety of legal matters including labor employment/Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), business, product liability, contract, tort and civil rights matters. Additionally, he regularly serves as an arbitrator and mediator, representing clients in arbitration and mediation disputes. He is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Alabama, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits, United States Court of Customs and Patent Appeals, United States Claims Court, and the United States Supreme Court.
